BORN Copenhagen accept payment by VISA, VISA Electron, PayPal, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro and MobilePay. Please note that it's not possible for us to charge a higher amount than your order is on. 

All amount is in EUR. 

Delivery
BORN Copenhagen is shipping within 2 - 4 working days, from our warehouse in Denmark. 

Faulty goods & Complaints
We have 2 years warranty according to the purchasing act in Denmark. The complaint applies to defects in material / or fabrication. The complaints does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect use of the product. 

Uncollected products
It is not possible to return the products or cancel the order by not collecting the products. If the products are returned to BORN Copenhagen because the products have not been collected, a fee of EUR 15 for the return shipping will be debited from your account regardless of the size of the order. The remaining outstanding amount of the order will be returned from the account that you applied for the payment.

Error in address information provided by the customer
If products are returned to BORN Copenhagen because of error and/or lack of address and shipping information from the customers, then the customer will be responsible for the payment of the shipping costs when products are re-shipped.

We grant 14 days of cancellation right, which takes effect from the day you receive your products from us. You must return the products in the same conditions as when you received it including the wrapping carbon around the product. The return shipping cost, is not paid by BORN Copenhagen.
